Refund & Returns Policy
Because these are research-use compounds, our return terms work a little differently than a typical retail policy. Here's what to expect.
1Overview
All products sold by Oxford Research Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research use. Because of the nature of these compounds and how they're stored and handled, our refund terms differ from a standard consumer retail policy — please review this page carefully before placing an order.
2Non-Returnable Items
Due to storage, stability, and chain-of-custody requirements for research compounds, the following items cannot be returned once shipped:
- Any vial or product that has been opened, reconstituted, or shows signs of use
- Products past their stated stability window
- Items missing their original labeling or seal
Why: Once a compound leaves our controlled storage and its seal is broken, we can no longer verify its handling conditions — so we're unable to accept it back into inventory or resell it.
3Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, reach out to our support team with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if the product arrived damaged or incorrect
Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours to confirm next steps.
5Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times beyond that point are determined by your bank or card provider, not by us.
6Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return terms outlined above.
